How do I cancel or reschedule my test drive booking?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking directly from your dashboard. Go to My Bookings, select the booking, and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
What if the dealer didn't show up for my test drive?
We're sorry this happened! Please submit a complaint using the form above with your booking ID and details. We take dealer no-shows seriously and will investigate and take action within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST). For urgent issues, please call our helpline directly.
Can I book a test drive for someone else?
Yes, you can book a test drive on behalf of a family member or friend. Simply enter their name and contact details in the booking form. The dealer will contact them directly to confirm.
Is Drive Solutions available in my city?
